For our multinational IT client we are looking for the brightest & best Sales Talents in the world, our client has set up a traineeship program for candidates interested in pursuing a career in Sales . Traineeship Program

The Sales Traineeship is a new, innovative approach within the company to help candidates develop new talents. Based in Ireland, it is an challenging 5 months Traineeship / boot camp which brings 10 to 20 active, motivated and energetic graduates from a number of selected countries (UK, Ireland, Russia, France, Norway, The Netherlands, Turkey, Belgium and Germany) to turn them into high achieving Sales persons for the SMB, mid-market and Channels divisions.

The program is divided into 5 different phases:

• improve account information,

• prospect calling,

• partner landscape,

• lead generation,

• opportunity management

The program is a challenging program which covers hard skills such as (IT infrastructure, Competition and Company solutions) Soft skills and company tools and sales process in a mixture of Instructor led training, assignments and practice week. After the 5 month traineeship you will be given a full time Inside Sales position in your home country.

The traineeship starts on 16th of May

The company offers a great traineeship salary which is between € 2000, to € 2500 per month. Besides that the company offers a relocation package for candidates who are coming from outside of Ireland not in Ireland the package includes flights and the first two weeks of accommodation.

At the end of the training period you will be given a full time sales position with a fantastic salary. After the traineeship finishes you will go back to work in our Netherlands headoffice
